Before downloading the app and participating in the trial, please review our Terms & Conditions. This trial is supported by Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping Centre, but your participation is solely between you and Mosa. Our partners holds no liability for any disputes that may arise. Please only download the app and use our service if you accept the Terms & Conditions.

This trial is designed to provide you with a convenient, eco-friendly way to travel between the Wellcome Genome Campus (WGC) and Whittlesford Parkway Station. Your participation is vital to the success of this project, and we’re excited to have you on board!
Background of This Trial
This project is supported by the Department of Transport UK and Connected Places Catapult, aiming to test our ultra-affordable docked bicycle-sharing system. Our goal is to make bicycle parking more accessible in more cities and towns, not just in Tier 1 cities. Your participation is invaluable and highly appreciated.
The trial operation time:
14th of August (Mon) - 13th of September (Fri)
Time: 8:00am - 7:00pm
For this trial, we’ve made 5 bicycles available for your use. You can access these bicycles between the Wellcome Genome Campus (WGC) and Whittlesford Parkway Station.

Bike Balancing: We will rebalance the bicycles every 30 minutes during rush hours (08:00-10:00 and 16:00-18:00). Our schedule will be adjusted based on real-time usage to ensure availability and convenience for all participants.

Wellcome Genome Campus Bicycle Sharing Trial: Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Wellcome Genome Campus (WGC) Bicycle Sharing Trial. The trial is conducted by Mosa Innovations Limited (Mosa), with WGC as the trial partner. WGC is not liable for any issues arising from the pilot. The terms and conditions are between Mosa and the user. By participating in this trial, you (the user) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our bicycles.
2. Eligibility
• Participation is open to employees, researchers, and visitors of the Wellcome Genome Campus.
• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Users must have valid identification and provide necessary contact information during registration.
3. Waiver of Liability
• Users waive their right to sue Mosa Innovations Limited for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while using the bicycle. Users are advised to obtain their own insurance before joining the trial if they have concerns.
• The Wellcome Genome Campus is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the bicycle.
4. Registration and Access
• Users must register through the designated platform or at the designated registration point, provided by Mosa.
• Access to bicycles is granted upon successful registration and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Use of Bicycles
• Bicycles are to be used solely for transportation between the Wellcome Genome Campus and Whittlesford Parkway station.
• Users must adhere to campus traffic regulations and road safety rules.
• Bicycles must be returned to designated docking stations after use.
• Users are responsible for the bicycle from the time it is unlocked until it is securely returned to a docking station.
6. Safety and Responsibility
• Mosa checks the bike fleet regularly. However, users must inspect the bicycle before use to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Any defects or damages must be reported immediately to the bicycle sharing administration.
• Helmets and other safety gear are recommended for all users.
• Users must not engage in reckless or dangerous behaviour while using the bicycle.
7. Liability for Damages
• Users are responsible for any damage to the bicycle during the period it is checked out to them, excluding normal wear and tear.
8. Fees and Penalties
• The bicycle sharing trial is currently free of charge. However, users may be liable for fines in cases of misuse or failure to return the bicycle.
• Penalties may include charges for damage, late return, or loss of the bicycle.
9. Termination of Use
• Mosa reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to the bicycle sharing trial for violation of these terms and conditions.
• Users may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying Mosa, the bicycle sharing administration.
10. Data Protection
• Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of the bicycle sharing trial.
• Data will be stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can see our Privacy Policy [here].
11. Amendments
• Mosa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the bicycle sharing platform.
12. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the bicycle sharing trial shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Provider and Liability
• This trial is provided by Mosa Innovations Limited. Mosa Innovations Limited is solely liable for any issues arising from the trial. The Wellcome Genome Campus is merely permitting the trial to take place on its premises and is not liable for any issues.
14. Trial Period
• The trial period is from 5th August until 9th September. Mosa Innovations Limited reserves the right to change the operation hours.
15. User Responsibility
• Users are responsible for the security of the bicycles. They must take sensible measures to ensure the security of the bicycle. If a bicycle is stolen during their use, Mosa Innovations Limited holds the right to ask for reimbursement up to £500.
